Church of Santa María - The Museum
Follow a winding stairway leading
to the Upper Sacristy where the Museum is located. Here you can find many valuable and interesting
pieces, for example: monstrances, chalices, pyxes, relics, salvers, jewels, paintings, documents
and a rich collection of embroidery, silks and brocades featuring priest’s robes and rain capes
from the 17th and 18th centuries. There is also a collection of silver work from the Sevillian
School of the 18th century and a pyx carved in rock crystal from the Casa Ducal (Duke’s residence).
